The Rabble group was hard at work this past week with the April 12, 2012 deadline to present drawing closer. As per usual, they began their meeting making sure everyone knew their tasks and what they would be working on over the course of the next week. Matt Dusenbury led the way and crafted the game plan.
With everyone knowing their assigned tasks, they began to put the finishing touches on each job. Karl New took the initiative and volunteered to begin work on the April 12 presentation that will be open to all people. The presentation will also include the Tyee. After this decision was made, Paul Owen of the documenters had a quick video interview with Karl to see what his expectations were.
Lisa Laventure and Jacob Kuehn continued to work on editing both podcasts and articles on environmental topics from Rabble. Lisa used the new iPad and Adobe Audition to see which articles would fit the best of tablet and edit the podcasts.
Devon Murphy continued to work on the Prezi timeline that’ll be used in the Rabble tablet to as an interactive way to guide readers with ease through the last year of content from rabble.ca.
Marlene Leung, Aaron Rathbone, Liz Bernier and Patrick Callan also continued working on their content. Marlene and Aaron went through some of the final articles and podcasts that dealt with the Arab Spring. Liz and Patrick worked on the Occupy movement and the G20.
